Our Generator Transformers are manufactured with A standard rating and customer requirements. All transformers are designed for continuous operation with maximum efficiency to confirming IS 1180 standards.
Transformers are designed & tested as per Indian & International standards to meet specific requirements of our customers. Our manufacturing facility governed by stringent quality, assurance check during different manufacturing stages, to manufacturing power & distribution transformer.

A Generator Transformer (often called a step-up transformer) is used in power plants to increase the voltage generated by a generator to a higher level suitable for transmission.
🔹 Purpose:
- Converts low voltage from the generator (e.g., 11–25 kV) to high transmission voltage (e.g., 132 kV, 220 kV, or higher)
- Reduces current and minimizes power losses during long-distance transmission
🔹 Key Features:
- High power rating (used in large power plants)
- Usually oil-filled for cooling and insulation
- Designed to handle continuous full-load operation
- Located between the generator and transmission system
🔹 Advantages:
- Improves transmission efficiency
- Reduces energy losses
- Enables long-distance power transfer
🔹 Applications:
- Thermal power plants
- Hydroelectric plants
- Nuclear power plants
- Renewable energy plants (solar, wind farms)
